Summary: The presentation will cover remote services available for lawyers such as online delivery including New York Law Journal cases and explain how to connect with court librarians and NYSCEF administrators via remote reference services such as chat, e-mail or text. The webinar will also provide training on case and statutory research in Westlaw and Lexis and will touch on differences between two databases when researching legal issues. The training session will also include demonstration on how to use Practical Law, practice guides developed specifically by Westlaw, and Lexis e-books available within law libraries.
